1. Services Offered

AngelaMarie Coaching ("we," "us," or "our") provides narrative coaching services. Our services may include one-on-one coaching sessions and related support materials.

2. Client Responsibilities​

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

• Provide honest and open communication during sessions

• Complete any agreed-upon exercises or reflections between sessions

• Understand that coaching is a collaborative process requiring active participation

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

• All prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

• Cancellations less than 24 hours result in a $35, non-refundable fee

• Emergency situations will be considered individually

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information shared during coaching sessions and consultations. Client information will not be shared with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

6. Scope of Services and Limitations

Coaching Services:

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment

• We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions

• Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional help for serious mental health concerns

• Results from coaching cannot be guaranteed

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and content created by AngelaMarie Coaching remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AngelaMarie Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

 

9. Professional Boundaries

We maintain professional relationships with all clients. Personal relationships, business ventures, or romantic involvement with clients are strictly prohibited during and after the professional relationship.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation in [your state/jurisdiction]. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

 

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the professional relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, payment for services already rendered remains due.
