A personalized approach that helps individuals understand and reshape their life stories to create meaningful change. Unlike traditional coaching that focuses primarily on goals and actions, narrative coaching recognizes that we are all living within the stories we tell ourselves and those of the past.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us within 24 hours. A cancellation fee of $35 will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
